Operating through Finneva Financial Services (DIFC) Limited under the Finneva Holdings group, the company bridges the working-capital gap in MENA's frontier markets, offering fast, flexible, and fully regulated trade and supply-chain finance powered by its proprietary SaaS+ technology platform.
Positioned as "your partner in business growth," Finneva serves a dual audience: businesses seeking faster access to capital and improved cash flow, and institutional investors and banking partners seeking regulated, asset-backed trade-finance exposure. As a fintech operating in a trust-sensitive, heavily regulated sector, Finneva needed a digital presence that conveyed credibility while efficiently capturing and managing high-value enquiries.


Client Brief
Finneva required a corporate website that would establish authority in a regulated financial market while functioning as a structured lead-generation channel. The brief called for a clean, institutional-grade experience that could clearly articulate distinct propositions for two very different audiences — SMEs seeking financing and capital partners seeking investment opportunities — without diluting either message.
Critically, the site needed to integrate with the company's CRM so that every enquiry from a prospective borrower, investor, or banking partner flowed directly into a managed pipeline. Given the DFSA-regulated context, the platform also had to communicate compliance and governance clearly, and route leads in a way that supported disciplined, auditable follow-up.
UI/UX Design Strategy
The interface was designed around clarity, trust, and confident restraint — using a deep navy palette, generous structure, and clean typography to signal institutional credibility. Content is organised into clear audience pathways across Home, Financing, Investment, and Technology, allowing SMEs and capital partners to self-select and follow tailored narratives, supported by quantified impact statements, sector coverage, and an FAQ that pre-empts common questions.
Trust signals — DFSA regulation, governance frameworks, and platform transparency — are surfaced prominently throughout the journey rather than buried, reinforcing reliability at each scroll. Persistent Get Started, Enquire, and Contact actions channel every audience toward a single, well-defined conversion point, keeping the path to engagement direct and professional.

The Idea Behind the Strategy
The guiding principle was "credibility converts." In regulated B2B finance, trust is the primary driver of enquiry, so the experience was built to demonstrate regulatory standing, risk discipline, and technological sophistication before asking for contact. Rather than aggressive sales tactics, the site earns confidence through transparency, clear governance messaging, and a polished, enterprise-grade presentation.
The second principle was that an enquiry is the beginning of a managed relationship, not an endpoint. The website was built on Next.js for fast, server-rendered performance, strong SEO, and optimised media delivery, giving the marketing site the speed and reliability expected of a financial-grade brand. Comprehensive structured metadata, semantic markup, and image optimisation support discoverability for high-intent terms such as UAE working capital and trade finance, while the clean component architecture keeps the experience consistent across devices.
The contact and enquiry flows are integrated with the company's CRM, capturing prospect details and routing them automatically into a structured pipeline for segmentation and timely follow-up. This approach aligns with Finneva's broader API-first philosophy — its core platform is designed to integrate with banking systems, ERPs, and CRMs — ensuring the public-facing site connects seamlessly into the same disciplined, data-driven operational backbone.

The result is a credible, institutional-grade digital presence that positions Finneva as a trusted, DFSA-regulated partner for both businesses and capital providers.
