Pando is a supply-chain and logistics technology company, offering solutions across transportation management systems (TMS), supply-chain visibility, freight audit, and route optimisation. Serving a global B2B audience across the US and overseas markets, Pando competes in a sophisticated enterprise software category where buyers are few, high-value, and research-driven.

The client engaged us to run a multi-market, multi-campaign paid and organic programme — spanning search, competitor, remarketing, brand, and video campaigns, alongside SEO across India and the US — to build category visibility and generate qualified enterprise interest.

Client Brief

The brief was to drive qualified enterprise demand for a high-consideration logistics-tech platform across both US and overseas markets, while building organic authority for competitive TMS and supply-chain keywords. With a long, complex enterprise sales cycle, the programme needed to balance high-intent capture, competitor conquesting, brand defence, and top-of-funnel awareness.

The work also called for sustained SEO across two geographies to grow rankings for difficult, high-value terms like transportation management system, supply-chain visibility, and freight audit.

Campaign & Funnel Experience Strategy

We ran a structured, multi-campaign paid programme: high-intent search for core TMS terms, competitor conquesting, branded search to defend and convert brand demand, remarketing to re-engage researchers, and a "Change Agents" video campaign to build awareness and engagement at the top of the funnel. Campaigns were split across US and overseas markets to reflect Pando's global footprint.

The funnel was designed to move enterprise prospects from awareness (video) through consideration (search, competitor, remarketing) to high-intent brand engagement, with each campaign type playing a defined role across a long buying cycle.

The Idea Behind the Strategy

The guiding idea was full-funnel orchestration for enterprise demand: because logistics-tech deals are large and considered, the strategy combined awareness, capture, conquesting, and defence rather than relying on bottom-funnel search alone.

The second principle was geographic and authority breadth. Running campaigns across US and overseas markets while investing in SEO for hard, high-value keywords in both India and the US aimed to build durable visibility in a competitive global category.

Technical & Martech Architecture

The programme combined Google Ads (search, remarketing, and video) with detailed per-campaign cost-and-conversion tracking across markets, allowing spend to be evaluated by campaign type and geography. Engagement metrics from the video campaign were tracked alongside click and conversion data from search.

Parallel SEO operations in India and the US tracked rankings for a defined set of TMS, freight-audit, and supply-chain-visibility keywords, monitoring movement on competitive terms over time.

In a representative week, the multi-campaign programme reached roughly 8,900 clicks plus around 8,800 video engagements across US and overseas campaigns on a spend of about ₹24,000, while SEO held and improved positions on competitive freight-audit terms across both geographies. Projected across a year, this points to an estimated tens of thousands of clicks and very large cumulative video engagement, supporting a steady pipeline of qualified enterprise interest as rankings compound.
